The Essenza Membership Charter Terms & Agreement

 

A Different Kind of Membership

  • At Club Essenza, membership is not access. It is alignment.
  • We bring together individuals who understand that modern influence is built through culture, depth, and consistency,  not visibility.
  • To become part of Essenza is to enter a world where identity, ambition, and refinement move together and where who you are becoming matters as much as what you do.

 

The Nature of Membership

  • Club Essenza is a private, invitation-only members’ collective.
  • Membership is extended with intention to individuals who align with the values, presence, and standards of the Club.
  • It is personal, non-transferable, and may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Club to protect the integrity of its environment.

 

Your Commitment

By becoming a member of Club Essenza, you agree to:

  • Uphold the standards, discretion, and integrity of the Club.
  • Engage respectfully with other members.
  • Maintain confidentiality within the community.
  • Contribute positively to the culture and experience.
  • Essenza operates as a high-trust environment, where presence and conduct shape the room.

 

Membership & Access

  • Membership provides access to a curated ecosystem, which may include:
  • A private member network and platform,
  • Exclusive curated Events and experiences.
  • Editorial content and cultural insights.
  • Partnerships and selected benefits.

 

Access varies by membership tier:

  • The Circle — introduction and proximity
  • The Room — deeper access and trusted connection
  • The Centre — influence, contribution, and proximity at the highest level

 

Membership structure and benefits may evolve over time.

 

Fees & Payment

  • Membership fees are payable monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.
  • Payments may be on a monthly recurring basis.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required under UK law.
  • Failure to make payment within 30 days may result in suspension or termination
  • We reserve the right to review and adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

 

Invitation & Discretion

  • Membership is granted by private invitation only.
  • Club Essenza reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership at any time, without providing reason, where necessary to protect the integrity, standards, or experience of the Club.

 

Cancellation

  • Members may cancel their membership by providing a minimum of two (2) months’ written notice.
  • All fees paid remain non-refundable, except where required by law.

 

Cooling-Off Period

  • If you join online or at a distance, you have the right to cancel within 14 days under UK consumer law.
  • If you choose to access membership benefits during this period, you acknowledge that:
    • Your right to cancel may be reduced or lost once services are delivered
    • A proportionate fee may be charged for services already provided

 

Responsibility & Conduct

  • Club Essenza is a private, high-trust environment.
  • We expect all members to act with integrity, discretion, and respect at all times. Any behaviour that compromises the experience of the Club or its members may result in suspension or termination.

 

Data & Privacy

  • We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Your information is used for:
    • Membership administration
    • Communication
    • Delivery of services and experiences

Legal

  • By becoming a member, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Charter and the full Terms & Conditions of Club Essenza.
  • Participation in Club Essenza activities is subject to the limitations of liability set out in those Terms.

  • Membership at Essenza is intentionally limited. Not to restrict access, but to protect what exists inside:
    • The room.
    • The people.
    • The standard.
